I have been taking Alli for a couple of months and it does work without any doubts, and as a by product it trains one to eat a low fat diet(within reason) if you eat to much fat you get a loose bowel movement with liquid fat, so that gives you a sense of what kind of food is high fat or low fat and how much you can eat without the extra loose bowel movements, My fat belly is almost gone, i have not added any exercise routine, i kinda watch what i eat and how much...kinda...i have dropped 20 Lbs, Alli really does work.br /br /Henry

As long as you are aware of the side effects, Alli works great. Five years ago I lost about 100 lbs. and kept it off. Alli helped me loose the last 12 pounds I have been trying to get rid of for years! The side effects make me realize that there is a penality for putting junk food in my mouth. I actually "think" before I binge now. I take it daily.

10 months ago I started a weight loss competition with a large group of friends. My "secret weapon" was Alli - in addition to a healthy diet and lots of exercise. A few months later, I was the winner at 49lbs lost!br /br /But I kept going, because I had momentum. After a few more months, I was down 80lbs from my starting weight. Over the last 3 months, I've held my weight steady before continuing to lose more. And unlike most of the people in our weight loss competition, I haven't put any weight weight back on because I continue to avoid junk food and I continue to take Alli after eating out or having a not-as-good-for-me meal.br /br /In nearly a year of taking Alli, I haven't had any "technical difficulties" with my digestive system, although I wouldn't doubt that some people with more sensitive systems might, because unlike most of the "snake oil" weight-loss products out there, this one actually works.br /br /Am I satisfied with Alli? I would say "heck yeah!" 80lbs in 6 months earns an automatic 5-star rating. Keeping that weight off another 4 months earns it a 6th star!
